When will it open, and what will it cost?
Join the waitlist for opening and rate updates. Waitlist members receive their first month of base storage rent free with a minimum six-month rental commitment after opening, subject to suitable space availability. Read the offer details.
Does joining reserve a space?
No. This is a non-binding expression of interest, with no payment or obligation. It does not guarantee availability or an allocation order.
How will my information be used?
Your contact details and storage preferences are saved in a shared database to evaluate demand and contact you about this facility and the waitlist offer, with your consent. Only the site owner can view or export the lead list. We do not sell lead information. No third-party analytics is loaded; interaction events exclude your contact details and form answers. Privacy & data retention policy
Effective October 22, 2026. Emerald Coast Boat & RV Storage uses the information you submit to manage the waitlist, evaluate demand, and contact you about your storage needs and this project. We do not sell your information.
What we keep: contact details, vehicle and storage preferences, ZIP code, move-in timeline, campaign attribution, submission time, and the versions of the consent and offer presented to you. Interaction events contain only the event name and server timestamp.
Retention: waitlist records are retained for 12 months from submission. During monthly reviews, we delete records that have reached 12 months; deletion may take up to 30 days after that period. We do not extend retention merely because we send you an update. Continued participation beyond that period requires a fresh signup. If we discontinue the project, we remove the waitlist from active systems within 30 days. Non-identifying interaction events follow the same 12-month retention period and monthly review.
Your choices: email emeraldcoastboatstorage@gmail.com to request access, a correction, deletion, or no further contact. Send the request from the email address used to sign up when possible; we may ask for limited verification. We stop promotional follow-up when you opt out and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We retain only a minimal do-not-contact record when needed to honor your opt-out; it is not used for marketing.
Access and copies: the owner controls access to the shared database and lead exports. Hosting providers process data to operate this site. Exported CSVs and operational copies follow the same retention and deletion rules. Restricted provider recovery copies expire under the provider’s backup cycle and are not used for outreach; deletions must be reapplied if a recovery copy is restored. We may retain a limited record where required for a specific legal obligation or active dispute. A future rental is governed by its own agreement and records policy; this waitlist policy does not set retention periods for rental or payment records.
